Exchange & Return Policy

At DX Jewellery, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. You may initiate an exchange or return within 6 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, all items must be in their original, unworn condition with the security tag still attached. Please note that we are unable to process exchanges on items that show signs of wear, damage, or have had the security tag removed.

For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for bearing the cost of postage when returning the item to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange promptly. 

Please note that exchange and/or return privileges do not apply to sale items or customized jewellery. All sales on such items are final and non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.
